Submission Guidelines for Articles

Authors interested in presenting their research at the conference are requested to submit their manuscripts according to the following guidelines:

1. Manuscript Preparation
• The article must be written in clear and concise English and follow a formal scientific style.
• Manuscripts should be prepared using the conference template (Word format) available on the conference website.
• The full paper should not exceed 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
• Use A4 page size, single-column format, and the required font style and size as defined in the template.

2. Article Structure
All submissions should include:
1. Title
2. Authors’ Names and Affiliations
3. Abstract (150–250 words)
4. Keywords (3–6 words)
5. Introduction
6. Materials and Methods/Methodology
7. Results and Discussion
8. Conclusions
9. Acknowledgements (optional)
10. References (Vancouver style)

3. Originality Requirement
• Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
• All articles will be checked using plagiarism detection software, and papers with high similarity will be rejected.

4. Submission Process
• Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system (EasyChair).
• Authors should create an account, upload the manuscript, and complete required metadata (title, authors, abstract, keywords).

5. Review Process
• All papers will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts in the field.
• Reviewers will evaluate the paper based on originality, technical quality, clarity, significance, and relevance to the conference themes.
• Authors may be asked to submit a revised version addressing reviewers’ comments before final acceptance.

6. Final Submission
• After acceptance, authors must submit the final revised paper along with:
o A signed copyright transfer form
o Confirmation of registration by at least one author
• Only papers with completed registration will be included in the conference proceedings.

7. Presentation Guidelines
• Accepted papers must be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors.
• Presentation duration: 10–15 minutes, followed by a short discussion period.

8. Ethical Standards (COPE Compliance)
The conference strictly adheres to the ethical guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors are expected to follow the highest standards of integrity in research and publishing. This includes:
• Originality: Submitted manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism or duplicate publication.
• Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work, and all contributors must be properly acknowledged.
• Data Integrity: Data, results, and analyses must be reported honestly and without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate manipulation.
• Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts that could influence the research or its interpretation.
• Ethical Research Practices: Studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must follow international ethical standards and include necessary approvals.
• Responsible Citation: Authors should cite relevant literature appropriately and avoid excessive self-citation or citation manipulation.

In cases of suspected misconduct, the conference will follow COPE’s procedures for investigation and resolution, which may include rejection, retraction, or communication with the authors’ institutions.

Publishing
